Man, it’s cold out there! So why not help heat up the Orono Maine community with The Hunting House Gallery this January? The Hunting House will be accepting submissions for it’s up coming exhibit January 21st 2010. Submissions should represent a contrast to these Cold Maine days and be in any medium. Our pervious exhibit had traditional styles like paintings and BW photography all they way to digital interactions and installations. Submission forms should be available in the next few days, for more information contact Alex Marquis at alexander.marquis@umit.maine.edu or Ian Larson at Ian.Larson@umit.maine.edu

Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but after deliberation we at the hunting house have decided that a January 21st exhibit would be too short of time to allow both artist as well as curators to organize an event of this magnitude so the event has been postponed until further notice. But please continue to check out updates of upcoming events at the Hunting House. We hope 2010 will be a big year for artists and the Hunting House to bring inspiring and provoking events to the Orono community.
I’m sure with NMD and ART seniors looking for space for installation-based capstones that you’ll have more people knocking on your door soon
We can only hope so. By the way, LOVING the NMDnet.org. So far I have applied to that internship and I hope to submit some of my video work for the upcoming experimental video.
Going to do my best to get NMDnet even more viral and getting more users on here
